Morning Briefings
Our day begins with a morning briefing at the office. Here, our team is updated on ongoing projects as well as introduced to new clients who require our expertise. On the agenda today – a licensed furnace replacement at an old apartment complex.
After briefing, we disperse, equipped with our necessary tools and gears, driving to different corners of the town, to improve the quality of life in as many households and businesses as we can reach.
Afternoon Tasks
The bulk of the afternoon is usually dedicated to performing installations, repairs, and general maintenance routines. That being said, each day presents a unique challenge – our technicians love the thrill of troubleshooting a difficult furnace issue, or fine-tuning an air conditioner to ensure optimum comfort.
Sailing through such hurdles, resolving each one with skill, patience, and finesse, always leaves a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment that is unique to the nature of our work.
Evening Wrap-up
As evening approaches, we reconvene at the office, discuss the challenges faced, solutions provided, and take onboard any lessons to be learned, and improvements to be implemented. We then proceed to prepare for the next day by stocking our toolkits, planning routes, and of course, catching up on all paperwork.
